Follow the steps below to update your name in the phone directory.
Push the VM Rtrvl Button on your Desk Phone
Enter your mailbox password (your extension number)
Press #
Then Press 4 to change personal options
Then Press 2 to change your name in the directory
Record your name then follow the prompts to finish
Follow the steps below to record a new voicemail greeting

Then Press 4 to change personal options
Then Press 1 to change your greeting
Record your greeting then follow the prompts to finish
